APEXCORE is built in Dar es Salaam for workshops, transporters, distributors and contractors across Tanzania and the wider East African region. Seven modules cover the workshop floor, stores, fleet, counter sales, procurement and payroll, and each one is configured to the documents, approval chain and sites you already have. Where no module fits, we build one.
One platform, the modules you need
Each module runs on its own or together with the rest. Nothing is a rewrite of how your department works. The documents keep their names, numbers and signatures. Tap a module to start a demo request for it.
A portal for the office computer and a phone app for the yard
Supervisors raise and approve documents from the web app. Mechanics, drivers and storekeepers use the mobile portal on whatever phone they carry.
Both surfaces run the same modules (Workshop, Stores, Fleet and HR), so a job card raised on the yard is the same document the office sees. Every document carries a number, a status, a machine and a chain of signatures: raise, send for approval, issue, receive, close. Approvals sit in one queue per role, and what a person can do is fixed by that role. Closing a job card updates the machine hour meter and feeds the reports: machine downtime, parts consumption, stock movement, overtime and cost per machine, exportable for the office.
